One maker, one studio, and your jewellery made with care.

Xokoro is a one-woman business, which means I do everything from designing and making your jewellery to packing and sending it myself.

I put care into every step:

• Designing and making each piece, whether it's ready to ship or made specially for you
• Wrapping and packaging every order by hand, including gift wrapping on request
• Getting each parcel shipped and tracked properly

Because it's just me, things sometimes take a little longer than they would with a bigger operation, particularly during busy periods or when I'm working on made-to-order pieces. I promise it's worth the wait, and I'm genuinely grateful for your patience while your piece is being made. Thank you for supporting a small, independent studio.

Shipping & Delivery

Ready-to-ship pieces
Dispatched within 2 to 3 working days or once payment has cleared, whichever is later. You'll get an email as soon as your order has been sent. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Made-to-order and reserved pieces
These require additional time since they're created specially for you. I'll coordinate the timeline with you personally and confirm everything via email before I start making.

How orders are sent
Every package is wrapped by hand and sent using a tracked service.

Within the UK, via Royal Mail (see Special Delivery Guaranteed pricing here):

• Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm — the only Royal Mail service that covers loss or damage on valuable items, and includes a signature on delivery

Internationally, via Royal Mail (see International Tracked pricing here), with a courier upgrade available:

• Royal Mail International Tracked — tracked to the door at every step
• Optional upgrade to Parcelforce (see Parcelforce pricing here) for stronger tracking and higher compensation, at checkout, for a small additional cost

No carrier offers an affordable guaranteed signature outside the UK — international orders are tracked with delivery confirmation rather than a signed-for guarantee. Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout based on your order and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Most of my creations are unique or made in small batches, so please choose thoughtfully.

Standard pieces (necklaces, bracelets, rings, and similar)

• You can return an unworn, undamaged piece within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This matches your statutory right to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• The cost of your original postage will not be refunded.
• Please message me first via the contact form on the About page before sending anything back. I'll confirm the return and let you know where to send it.
• Items should come back in their original packaging, in the condition you received them.

Earrings and hygiene

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged once your order is placed, whether bought online or in person at a market or pop-up.

Made-to-order and personalised commissions

• These are made specifically for you, so they're non-returnable.
• If something about a made-to-order piece isn't right, tell me, and I'll repair it. Repairs are covered, but the piece itself remains non-returnable.

Faulty items
If your order arrives with a fault (including custom pieces and earrings), I'll resolve it in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Privacy & Cookies

What I collect, and why
I only collect what's needed to fulfil your order: your name, email, and shipping address.

Payment
Payments are handled entirely by PayPal. I never see or store your card details, they never touch my systems.

How your information is used

• Only to process your order, communicate with you about it, and answer any messages you send me.
• Never sold, and never shared with anyone beyond what's needed to get your order to you (for example, the courier).
• Never added to a mailing list unless you've actively signed up for one.

Your rights
You can write to me at any time to ask what information I hold about you, or to have it removed, subject to what I'm legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.

Cookies
Basic analytics cookies help me understand which pieces are popular. These are only set after you accept them and can be changed at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
